About
The Broadway Group
Who We Are
The Broadway Group is a family of registered charities and non-profits dedicated to providing affordable homes and care for older adults, people with diverse abilities, and vulnerable populations. For more than 50 years, our societies have served communities across Metro Vancouver with compassion, respect, and a deep sense of connection. Inspired by our Christian roots, we welcome people of every faith and background to experience safe homes, quality care, and a place to belong.
Our Mission
We are committed to providing quality care, safe shelters, and affordable housing motivated by the compassion of Christ.
This mission is lived out every day in the steady presence of a caregiver, the encouragement shared between neighbours, and the quiet triumphs of independence. We believe that acts of love and service create a foundation for a life filled with dignity, purpose, and belonging. We are honoured to help build community and be part of each person’s story.

Our Chaplain
At The Broadway Group, we believe in caring for the whole person, supporting physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. We offer spiritual care that is grounded in the love of Christ and extended respectfully to all faiths and spiritual journeys.
Our Chaplain walks alongside individuals through moments of joy, grief, transition, and reflection. Whether through quiet presence, shared prayer, or a meaningful conversation, spiritual care is offered in a way that respects each individual’s background and holistic preferences, including liaising with spiritual care providers of other faiths as needed.
