Apply for Housing
If you would like to apply to live in one of our subsidized communities, please register through the Housing Registry, managed by BC Housing.
This reference chart may help you choose the right housing type for you and your family:

| Steveston Residence | ✔ | ✔ |
Apply for Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) homes:
All applicants must first be registered with BC Housing’s Housing Registry. This is a centralized waitlist used by non-profit housing providers across BC.
- Visit the BC Housing website for program overview and how to apply.
- Once you are registered, you will receive a Housing Registry number. Keep this number handy as you will need it to apply for our communities.
When a home becomes available, we select applicants directly from the Housing Registry waitlist. You do not need to submit a separate application to us, but you need to be registered first with BC Housing.
For Low-End Market (LEM) homes:
You can apply directly through us by completing our Rental Application Form.
