Our False Creek Residence continues to grow as a supportive community centred on choice, independence, dignity, and connection. In partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health, additional team members have recently been added to enhance daily life for residents.
This added support helps residents direct their own routines, actively participate in community life, and receive assistance in ways that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and needs. It also supports our continued transition to a Social Model of Care, where clinical care is complemented by meaningful choice, everyday independence, and opportunities for connection.
We are grateful for this investment in the people who call False Creek Residence home, and for the dedicated team members who help create a warm, welcoming, and supportive place to live.
