OUR COMMUNITIES
Long-term Care
Long-term care provides support and care to older adults who can no longer live safely at home due to complex medical conditions, dementia, or significant physical limitations. Residents require 24-hour nursing care, daily personal assistance, and support with medication, meals, and mobility. You can learn more about long-term care services by visiting VCH long-term care homes – services and resources.
Our long-term care is publicly funded by Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH). To move in, you must first complete an assessment through VCH Home and Community Care Services, which manages the waitlist and coordinates placement into our community. To start the process, call 604-263-7377 or visit How to access home and community care.
Our approach to care
Our Homes
Family Resources
We host quarterly forums where residents, family members, and friends can come together to share feedback, raise concerns, and ask questions. Our leadership team is there to listen, respond, and learn from the conversations.
Forums are held in a hybrid format so you can join in person or online. Check the monthly recreation calendar for the date, time, and location.
We also invite suggestions for presentation topics that would be helpful to you, so we can provide information and resources to support families along the care journey.
Additional Resources
Resident and family councils give families a voice, build community, and foster stronger connections, and these resources provide the guidance and tools to help you stay involved and engaged.
