Andii Millett, Manager of Lifestyles & Recreation:

I started my career in Recreation Therapy after completing the program at Douglas College and have spent the past decade creating opportunities for connection, joy, and meaning in long-term care. Since joining The Broadway Group in 2020, I’ve been fortunate to grow into leadership, stepping into my current role in 2023.

I’m lucky to lead a talented team who together bring laughter, purpose, and meaning to daily life in our communities. What excites me most is building programs that nurture the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of residents; making every day more vibrant and fulfilling.

Outside of work, I find joy in nature and road trips with my husband, embracing the adventures of winter camping, gardening, and creative craft projects.
