Daryl Lagayan, Director of Quality, Innovation, and Community Engagement:

My journey at The Broadway Group began at Broadway Lodge in January 2011 as a nurse for five years before transitioning into the role of Social Care Worker for 4 years, followed by taking on the position of Clinical Nurse Lead for 1 year. In October 2020, I assumed the role of Executive Director at RILS False Creek and Steveston Residences. In June 2025, I joined the Leadership team as the Director of Quality, Innovation, and Community Engagement.
