I have over 18 years of international HR experience, specializing in building high-performance, inclusive workplace cultures and aligning people strategies with business goals. My career includes leadership roles at FedEx Express and Marina Bay Sands, where I led the integration of 400 TNT Express employees and supported the grand opening of Marina Bay Sands by hiring over 800 staff.

Currently, as People & Culture Coordinator at The Broadway Group, I’m dedicated to organizational excellence, fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their best. I hold a Master’s in Human Resources Management, am a member of CPHR BC & Yukon and MIHRM (HK), and have received multiple industry awards.
