As the CEO of The Broadway Group (TBG), I get to do what I love most – leading with purpose, building partnerships, and creating communities where people feel at home and cared for. With over 25 years in senior health care and housing, I’ve learned that servant leadership isn’t just a philosophy – it’s a way of life.

Along this journey, I’ve earned a few designations after my name (CHE, MA, CPA) that remind me learning never stops. Outside the office, my joy is being outdoors, whether it’s on a trail, in the water, or just soaking up fresh air, with my canine companion as my constant sidekick.
