Natalie Vo, Manager of Support Services:

I have built my career in healthcare support services with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents. My experience with Vancouver Coastal Health, Northern Health, and Island Health has shaped my passion for creating environments where people feel cared for and supported. Since December 2023, I’ve been proud to be part of The Broadway Group team. In my role, I oversee support services and food services across our communities.

My mission is to ensure that meals, hospitality, and support services go beyond operations; they are central to creating dignity, comfort, and joy for residents, while also empowering our staff to thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and cultures, practicing mindfulness, and spending time outdoors.
