Nikki Sykes, Manager of Care:

I began my career at Broadway Lodge in 2012 as an LPN and quickly discovered my passion for both nursing and leadership. Over the years, I grew into leadership, first as a Clinical Lead Manager and now in my current position as Manager of Care.

In my role, I support residents and team members by ensuring care is delivered with compassion, safety, and excellence. I take pride in creating a well-organized, supportive environment where residents feel cared for and employees feel empowered to do their best work.

Outside of work, life is joyfully busy with my family, including my two wonderful boys. I am also passionate about staying organized and bringing that same sense of order and care into everything I do.
