Rosemary Dunne, Chief Operating Officer:

With over 30 years in seniors care, I have been part of the Broadway Lodge community for the past 13 years. My background is in therapeutic recreation, and I hold a Master’s in Health Leadership and Policy – Seniors Care from UBC. In 2025, I also attained my Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation.

My personal philosophy is based on the acronym CARE: Compassion, Attention (listening and responding to expressed needs), Respect, and Empathy. These values have guided my career and align strongly with the mission and values of The Broadway Group.
