Virginia Carino, Director of Care:

My journey at Broadway Lodge began in 2007 as an LPN, where I contributed to Infection Control, Wound Care, and JOHSC, and became the first LPN to serve as both an immunizer and Lead LPN. After five years, I stepped into leadership, gaining experience in several roles that helped shape the leader I am today.

For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Director of Care, where I’m lucky to lead a compassionate and skilled nursing team. Together, we strive to provide care that is not only safe and high quality but also filled with respect, dignity, and heart. Supporting staff, guiding care planning, and ensuring we always meet and exceed standards is work I’m proud to do every day.

Beyond Broadway Lodge, I’ve spent the past decade as an Instructor, mentoring future Health Care Assistants and opening doors for students to gain hands-on experience at the Lodge.
