Steveston Residence
Steveston Residence is a four-storey building in Richmond with one- to three-bedroom apartments. Through our partnership with BC Housing, rents are offered as geared-to-income (RGI) and low-end-of-market (LEM), ensuring affordability for those who qualify.
Steveston is a unique community with one-bedroom homes dedicated to our supported housing program. Individuals residing in these ten designated homes receive support and nursing care as well as meals and light cleaning services. Living independently is promoted and supported through a dedicated care team.
