I have a lot of wonderful friends here, and that's very important to me.

And also my family is important to me as well. I think the food is good, I have no complaints about the food. Nothing at all, yes. I do participate in activities, and I enjoy that. And I enjoy getting to know some new people, and that's been very important to me, because I've met a lot of people now, over time. I love the fact that it's so inclusive. That's what really makes me want to be here. I love being able to be with friends. I love the wonderful way things are developing here. It's wonderful.

– Shannon, Broadway Lodge resident since 2023

I was scared to live at home on my own.

Here there is a lot of people to help take care. I like here very much. Lots of games too. Flower arranging is my favorite.

– Kam, Broadway Lodge Resident since 2022

The main thing about this lodge is one that has to do with the people who work here. They're its best qualities.

They go the extra mile to make things pleasant for us and work at making life in all of its respects central to our being able to handle what are often unpleasant aspects of our lives.

And if you're going to put one sentence in, that has to do with the human people who are here. And I have been to other places where there are more resources and that sort of thing, but nobody can invent the quality of the staff.

Messages from our Board

We envision homes where people experience a life of dignity, joy, and connection. As we grow in size and impact, we are committed to creating a future where every individual thrives, surrounded by a caring and compassionate community.

At The Broadway Group, this vision reaches beyond our own communities. We believe in a future where no organization is left behind and every society serving vulnerable populations has the support needed to flourish. As a stable, ministry-driven society, we are committed to walking alongside others navigating uncertainty, whether that’s through board governance support, operational expertise, leadership transitions, building funding relationships, or long-term sustainability solutions.

With deep roots in compassionate care, safe housing, and servant leadership, we are ready to partner with like-minded organizations who share our heart for service but may be facing challenges. Together, we can build stronger communities where everyone experiences the strength of connection and the hope of what’s possible.
